Salary Benchmarking Development of robust sources of pay benchmarking through bought data and developed external networks Completion of ad hoc and whole area salary benchmarking reports as and when required Provide a salary benchmarking service to HR Managers to ensure effective market tracking Pay Management Analysis To support the development of a pay management processes through the pro active development of past, current and future pay trend analysis Act as support to Head of Reward in the implementation of Company Reward Strategy Management of small scale reward projects as directed by the Head of Reward Support for other HR projects with a reward element Provide support to Head of Reward in ensuring effective implementation and communication of reward initiatives as required Benefit Programme Administration Responsible for developing and maintaining voluntary discount scheme for AWE Responsible for internal administration of benefit programmes Key contact for external benefit providers, responsible for managing service provision Responsible for administration of Company Recognition Programmes Additional responsibilities Provide specialist reward support and advice to other members of the management and HR teams To assist in implementation of general HR Programmes
qualifications Microsoft Office packages : Word, PowerPoint Strong Excel and data manipulation skills Likely to be Degree level, and have high numerical and verbal reasoning skills 2 years previous HR experience : exposure to Reward * Compensation and Benefits would be an advantage
